That beat is so reminiscent of Ace Of Base and specifically, the Men At Work song, Down Under (which also makes me think of summer). It's summer personified and the woman's deep, heavily accented vocals are just so bewitching, that chorus will not leave my head. Yeah, the rap is rather cringey by today's standards (I'm really only here for the beat and chorus) and it's super dated but in a nostalgic way.
