It's strange because artists like Foster the People, Chvrches, Passion Pit were doing these types of 80s synth tracks almost a decade ago.

I think it has more to do with the fact that it’s a Harry Styles song, more than the actual song

U see...this is why I totally still love the song actually. I'm not tired of it. I also don't listen to the radio much so I don't feel particularly oversaturated by it. I've heard the song maybe once in the past few weeks and throughouly enjoyed it lol
