Both MTN and TEOG were produced by Fernando Garibay alone. 3 hours ago, Benji said: I hate his work on ARTPOP, but appreciate his contribution to BTW and ASIB. Literally how..? Applause, DWUW and JnD are among her best instrumentals by far (and overlooked I fear)
EdgeofTeeth 1,934
He's amazing and responsible for some of the more interesting/experimental production that I SO BADLY want her to lean back into.

That nearly falls into Zedd’s sound on GUY of just being unbearable noise
Anoniyassss 4
Call me a cynic, but the LAST person I want her to return to is Garibay. Don't get me wrong, he's made some absolute bangers, but the vast majority of his collaborative discography with LG - The Queen, Fashion Of His Love, Dance In The Dark, The Edge Of Glory to name a few of the songs I'm angling at - just sound really dated and they haven't aged well sonically at all. also can we really forgive him for selling off Partynauseous to the Vox Lux soundtrack artists? Levine 23,478
I agree with the OP, even tho I hope to see new and different producers on LG7, it's time to change.
Battle 4 Ur Life 6,630
I mean, Applause is a ****ing ICONIC ANTHEM. and it’s his baby. ARTPOP (song) is also mindblowing. my comfort song when I can’t specify my own feelings. the chaos and white noises in the production meeting the violins sound heavenly. it takes a few listens to get all the layers. but the replay value is undeniable and it aged like wine. Swine may sound too loud, experimental or even annoying to some people but the production goes hard and it’s crystal clear. fact. and lastly Ratchet at the artRave while she changed on stage going cray cray was a SERVE! a MOMENT! I’m so glad I experienced it at the time even if through youtube. it was art. “RATCHET!!!” so yeah, Applause and ARTPOP alone makes me wish he returns (maybe not for a whole album so it doesn’t sound recycled). actually I would totally be onboard for him on ACT II btw. that would be the ideal scenario for him to be back imo. he sounds passionate about it too. we’ve actually interacted on twitter and ig via DM. he’s super chill and down to earth and is still nice to little monstrosities even tho he’s been very much bullied. #YouMonstersTortureMe ”I’m falling over in my 9 inch heels”
Anderson123 37,541
DJWS is one of the best producers Gaga has worked with and glad to see he's not only that but also a good friend. He's incredibly versatile and has made a lot of really good songs, he doesn't stay in one box and has explored quite a range of sounds. Going from Government Hooker, Bloody Mary and Electric Chapel to Swine, Applause, ARTPOP, Do What U Want, Jewels N' Drugs, etc. and THEN his work on A Star Is Born. I really really love what Gaga has done with Bloodpop but having them together would be a dream come true. I think they don't get along so whatever she decides to do next I trust her. I ended up being a part of his entourage for an entire day in 2018. He took me to his studio , after his DJ set at the W Hotel where I interviewed him for GagaDaily. And he played some incredible music (not Gaga music) but experimental music he had been working on that was straight out fantastic. I remember thinking his talent was off the charts. He is also so kind !! Do YOU own the 4' by 6' Perfect Illusion promo Poster? Will pay you for it. Pic: http://i.imgur.com/UWuzumk
