Quite the opposite actually. Almost all the reviews are praising his performance, even if they hate the movie. The backlash will be limited to SJW circles and pop girl forums

1. Receipts? I haven't seen any reviews praising him except the ambiguous Variety quote you posted in the other thread. 

2. My comment had nothing to do with his acting in the first place. All the replies under those tweets are making fun of Harry constantly putting his foot into his mouth and making a fool of himself. Backlash is very much created by people on the internet, regardless of what some film critics might say.

he has the talent on paper. like technically, sure he's talented. the execution is just always very average. for me, everything he does passes as 'fine', but nothing particularly special.
