I'm more into old brick and stone manors, chateaus, mansions and castles tbh (yes castles are for sale for great prices in europe!). But tbh for California climate and what not I guess this architecture works....though I prefer the Spanish, Moorish and Arabian styles Cali mansions instead of this sort of modern abstract architecture style.
