I actually think he looks pretty young for his age. I think living forever is fantastical at this point but I could easily see a percentage of the population living till 150-200 years. Keep in mind our life expectancy keeps increasing every year in most countries  (except the US). 
 

Our life expectancy was 35-40 years old in the early 1900s. Imagine you told them they would live till 80 years on average in the future. Undoubtedly we will be living longer and longer and the rich will have access to major medical breakthroughs

I thought of that as well as a more durable way but even that's really complicated

 

We like to think of ourselves as advanced but then I remind myself science didn't really start taking off at a rapid pace until 200-300 years ago so its at its infancy still really

 

Also, medically speaking I think we're a lot more primative than we'd like to believe if u think about it

 

There's by far lot more illnesses that we can only treat and manage than the number of ailments we can actually cure lol. We can't actually cure that much, we take meds for life to manage some condition like high blood pressure, hardned arteries, diabetes etc. We can't actually cure any of that sh*t
