It's a prestige film, an immigrant story, a crime saga, and if there is any equivalent role to the ultra glam but tragic Michelle Pfeiffer role in the De Palma version, I see it for her. Well, Disappointment Bd is shot and pretty much ready to go so we can’t really say this is an in development project, but yeah Ari Aster is one of the modern greats. It will be a non-musical, non-horror, non-gagaesque in terms of atmosphere, serious historical political thriller. That's what she needs to show she can do it all after her former projects.
