Some places you need a license etc. and there are lots of places they are prohibited to fly at all. I'm sure you can get permits and permission, like if they were going to professionally film the show they could apply to do that, but yeah, this was probably someone getting in and out before they got caught Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
