Multiple streaming parties is what any fanbase does. Dissing it would be like dissing fans who use an album # to make sure folks hear about it so it helps its chart position. You could diss any fanbase then cause it's standards.

Making an entire website to explain each fan how to cheat the charts with mass streaming/ buying is an extreme I saw on no other fanbase so far so I doubt it's standard.

I mean being honest there were several songs from Gaga that were very popular (arguably more popular than some songs that she did get a #1 for) that didn't go #1. So I definitely don't think it's really the case that the charts measure a song's success.
