It just suddenly hit me that if this goes to the top, it'll mean that all her #1's were with an abuser at the helm. Say So remix was co-written and produced with Luke, Trollz was with 6ix9ine and this song is also co-written and produced by Luke and samples Rick James (read up on my previous 2 posts for more details about him). What a dubious list of credentials this is.

Agree. I just wish I didn't feel like I needed to take several showers afterwards out of guilt. She shows she can still kill it even when she's nearing 40 but it's a pity she has to do it with the worst people. As a rapper, she probably wrote basically all of the song anyway and Luke likely didn't even provide that much and he just added some cat meows to that sample, so far as I could see. She could've just chosen a different producer and had a clear conscience. And opened herself up to a lot more people being open to liking it.

Didn’t they change the rules last minute bc Dua fans used “fraudulent” streams and tricks to get Levitating to go #1 or? 
 

edit: apparently they used VPNs, so Billboard took off 4K sales from the song and messed around with the points of other songs in order to block Levitating from taking the top spot
