This one should go without saying but 2009 VMAs performance - her personal best performance and one of best live performances ever, period. Insane that at just 23 and a newcomer to the industry she had that kind of panache. 2. Speechless Royal Variety’s 2009 (this is what locked me into Gaga). So beautiful.
