The complete list also includes the United States, Canada, Albania, Andorra, Australia, Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Micronesia, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
