That is because IW and Endgame were the end of 3 phases not just one (and it took 10 real years to get to that point).This is just the end of phase 4 and the next big endgame level event will happen until the end of phase 6 with Avengers: Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret War in 2025.

I think The Eternals, The Marvels, Thor & Co., Sam Wilson, Doctor Strange, Wanda, the Loki Variant, Ant-Man, Wasp, the Thunderbolts (including Kate Bishop, Yelena and that guy from CAWS), the new Black Panther & Co. , Iron heart, Blade, Daredevil and the Fantastic Four. Maybe someone from Moon Knight. The Guardians of the Galaxy maybe but they said Vol 3 will be the end of their team.

And with the Defenders... watch Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist?

Super excited for Agatha and Loki 

Not really excited with the movies tbh, Marvel movies lately just seem so hallow. I get why, they're supposed to be flashy feel good kids films for the most part but still I cant help but want that Wandavision level of storytelling.

It’s highly unlikely we’ll get any announcements till 2024/2025 for them in the MCU. They’re the most difficult to introduce and merge in the the MCU, and most likely they’re gonna use Secret Wars as a way of getting them into this Universe through the incursion event. That, and all the potential registered trademarks for major movies up until 2030 dont (YET) include any X-Men hints.

A Fantastic Four announcement is almost certain though at D23 like a main cast announcement for example, because apparently they’re going to be in the AM&TW: Quantumania post-credit scene

Most likely (if they’re sticking to the comics) everyone from the original team will come back through the Multiverse (including Cap, Iron Man and Black Widow) they might manage to get the OG actors to come back for the final film along with every current team and character in Secret Wars to battle their multiverse selves when the incursion happens.

Kang & Doom will most likely be the main villains, then we’ll get the X-Men through the incursion most likely (I have a long theory if anyone wants to hear it about the incursion, the xmen introduction and more). 
 

The Watcher is also highly likely to be introduced in live action here too.

I haven't watched anything past endgame except Spider man far from home. Do I have to watch every mcu show and movie that I haven't seen yet to understand what is going on in this new movie?

I mean your comparing the culmination of phase 1-3 that took over 12 years in IW and EG. feels unfair to compare. There not even close to the IW/EG part.

You can sort of watch the currently released films and some of the upcoming ones without having to have watched the shows (maybe watch Wandavision or read an outline to understand Wanda’s motives a bit more in MoM though) BUT after Black Panther 2, Ant-Man 2 and maybe GoTG 3, you 100% need to have watched the TV shows to understand the movies coming.

The Marvels you need to have watched Ms Marvel and Wandavision, Thunderbolts you need to have seen Hawkeye, She-Hulk when it starts and a lot more (because it’s basically their Suicide Squad anti-hero film) etc. 

Theyre going into the more convoluted stories from the comics soon

I feel like, yes to the second point and I imagine since Daredevil is an 18 episode series alongside his new costume he’s getting in She-Hulk, plus the series title and the comic book it’s based off of, they’ll 100% probably reintroduce him somehow

yeah but phase 1 at least had a climatic moment with Avengers
