I would say I'll bet she's been writing for it and laying down some "vocal drafts"/melodies on her private computer or whatever, but I don't feel like she's officially recorded much.

But now wasn't there a spotting of her going to a studio recently  but that was probably for recording the interludes for CB

I feel like she is probably passively working on it already however I really do not see the next album coming until after Joker 2 (if the rumors are 100% true that she is starring in that movie). 

I think Gaga likes to take things a little slowly compared to other popgirls who seem to like to churn out records and droplets one after another (though Gaga has also been releasing at a steady pace if we count her Jazz cover albums). But yeah she seems like the type that likes to focus on one thing at a time so I really do not think the next album is coming so soon.

Joker 2 is rumored to be released sometime in 2024. I anticipate the next album will likely come in the end of 2024 tbh. It will be a substantial gap from Chromatica BUT there are rumors that Joker 2 will have music itself (it is a musical after all right?). She is likely going to compose or help compose some of the stuff on Joker 2 so we will have that to sustain us until the new album (fingers crossed).

I dont think so. She isnt as passionate about writing new music as she was during the born this way era where she used to write songs like pokerface, just dance and bad Romance in 10 minutes. But its okay. She is an actress and a makeup up stuff seller now so.

I’m sure she has songs written already. But it would be too early for her to release a new album. And who knows which direction it will take in the end. I’m keeping faith on an Orville Peck collaboration 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Yeah, even we don't see her publicly as much as it used to be, but she is still working a lot behind the scenes. Like... no one see her going into studio or something, but she served looks and quality in all the TCB interludes
