As @GypsyVida explained, the show isn't actually in Atlanta. Truist Park is in the Atlanta metro area, but it's actual location is in Cumberland, Georgia, not Atlanta.

She wasn't 2 hours late? It was announced that she would start at 21:00 and she started at 21:12.

Yeah definitely! I did a thread like this for the spice Girls reunion tour and the amount of celeb sightings was crazy for that.. Definitely keep the sightings coming for this tour =]

Could maybe note that the brain crewneck has not been seen outside of the Düsseldorf date. I believe it was exclusive to Düsseldorf which is a shame as it was my favourite design.

Looks like they also added "sour candy" lollipops as a part of the vip merch for Paris

I'll share video once I can find it but first change I'm aware of - since the stadium is outdoors, she entered the stage differently.

For Bad Romance, all the dancers came onto the upper floor of the stage and had Gaga and the cage dress hiding behind her, which was then revealed as the dancers stepped to the side and then went back down to the bottom of the stage.

For Bad Romance, here’s a video:

Since they couldn’t cover the stadium they had to modify the intro to hide Gaga since it wasn’t dark yet. 
 

Also, new outfit for Hold My Hand and new outro arrangement before Gaga leaves the stage

Within the main show - probably not but I see some upcoming changes in the piano section

I'm sure she'll wheel out You And I and possibly Million Reasons at some point in the US

I can also see The Edge Of Glory getting the chop soon

And yeah - I agree that 1000 Doves and Fun Tonight were probably always supposed to be there but got cut due to her being a bit late

There were also changes during Hold My Hand as of the Stockholm show @ChristianSaad.  When the song starts, the guitar and bass players are behind Gaga.

The new jacket is Celine and she probably wore it in honor of its French creative director and longtime collaborator and friend of Gags Hedi Slimane. Kinda like how Gags ended the Milan stop of Joanne World Tour with a custom Versace for Donatella.
