Venus would've been nice, tho I'm not sure how it would've fit in the storyline. HML, on the other hand... right after 911 would've been perfect. Fan fave status confirmed, aesthetically coherent with the show, it literally checks all the boxes.

I agree with this theory 100% and I also think that a big reason she excluded ARTPOP is that she isn't ready to perform those songs on a big tour yet due to her trauma with that album as well (she only did applause on JWT, and only did Aura in Enigma, literally just because it has the word enigma in it).

The concept and some of the interludes felt very ARTPOPy and I think that she will eventually get to a point where she can embrace that album. It'll take time.
