ItsAnthonyz 246 Posted July 18, 2022 Share Posted July 18, 2022 Hey folks! i just fully recovered from the concert last night 9 hours waiting weren’t fun but worth it lol (if u know u know) So… idk with what I should be starting! ik my post is long, but I would appreciate if u would take your time and read it! While reading some comments here and there I was left with nothing but disappointment from some „monsters“ ala some fake ones that are not openminded to nothing new and are waiting for the btwb 2023 edition (will never happen <3 ) how chromatica ball was such an lackluster, everyone complaining about the stage (because wo the **** cares u paid to see her not on what she performs on) as everyone would do it better! first of all, in case you weren’t there, you can’t really have an overall 100% accurate opinion on how it was, I’m 100% real now, from that Dolby sound system that made u feel like u were entering an world and u felt every beat in your chest, to the visuals that were soooooo intense, nothing like she ever did before, to all the details regarding to her career/ legacy and the stage literally , even tough it was boxstyle,bering soooooo Damm big like the OTR || one, but with no screen in the middle. Was I expecting something else? Yes! i was expecting a lot of pink, maybe an plot of her exploring maybe chromatica, more elaborate looks etc. But she gave chromatica a completely different look, from this chromatic colorful, alieny type of vibe she gave us 80‘s glamour, goospel, very madonnaish type of feeling (don’t judge I mean it as an aesthetic because it was very vogueish), Alejandro music video vibes (THE MAIN VIBE) very retro, and at the same time very brutal/hard/dark vibe. It felt like a chromatica monster version of her. It was a pure 10/10. she went viral on TikTok here in Germany, was also the concert of the year (for real) everyone knew she was here, every single one loved it! my only single con - the setlist wasn’t really polished but it made somehow sense! what do you think ? follow your dreams <3 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I fully understand u, but i got tired to everyone allways mocking on her with everything she does, like EVERYTHING, I’m ok with all opinions, but 90% for the last 6 years all her „fans“ almost bully her for doing her thing and comparing her to others or to her older stuff, are never happy with nothing and the lust go on, now that I personally attended and saw how amazing it was and people that weren’t even there still criticize it kinda saddened me…. Just watched a poor quality video from the opening interlude and the 1st song and JUST THAT was the best Gaga I've ever seen or heard. Makes me very sad I'm not able to attend. I hope you’re 12. ofc I agree, I would never make someone love her or hate her, I’m not mad or something if people have opinions, it’s just that sometimes there are THEARDS full of negativity, people always pushing her to the wall for almost everything, and always those comparasions, it’s enough…. At first I didn't want to come because concert tickets are such an investment but I'm so glad I listened to my mother who told me I had to ! Gaga was at her peak vocals and choreography wise ! I expected way more innovative things and a stage which allows people seeing it from every angle! the setlist was a bit disappointing (the opening and the end). I love gaga but I think we should accept she is more Stefania than Gaga. it sounds a bit delusional I know but how she said it in her insta before the show... its a thank you for the fans and that's what in my opinion is the problem. she dots push any buttons, it was just like the enigma tour with a bit of chromatica! and not every fan who criticizes gaga is a and fan! maybe she evolves in the other shows but for now im disappointed Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think his point (as he went to the concert) was the endless threads of countless, over the top negativity based off a live stream (when audio is notoriously sh*tty on live streams) is a bit odd when the people who attended the actual concert seemed to really love it and have minimal complaints (and the people who attended on twitter seemed almost entirely very positive). I mean, it's a little insane that some people on here are like 1/10 based off a live stream of all things (and I'd argue those who say 10/10 based off a live stream either). Live streams aren't ever going to give anyone the whole experience...h*ll they give someone 1/10th of an experience. Like I'm not one of those fans who think Gaga is infallible and beyond criticism, but there is a real insane over the top negativity (not regular criticism) directed at her that I don't think any other fanbase does...and just because some people are over the top with their positivity doesn't mean the over the top negativity is any less insane.
