my immediate impression is that this is her best tour and i still think that up until now:firega:

the only thing is that i can’t necessarily see the visuals of the album in it, the tour looks like a different album if that make sense

My interpretation is that

We all expected Pink , Tribes, Chromatica

And then she delivered Black, Dark, Punk

Maybe she wanna say, reality is cruel and sad, not as colorful as our imagination :zilla: The imagination chromatica place is colorful but only in music videos and cyberworld, where live show chromatica is the truth reality

Honestly I feel like the whole pink/colored hair and fun looking aesthetics were like the chapter 1 of Chromatica and then the tour aesthetics are chapter 2 and her showing us what we went through during the making of Chromatica.

Depends on what part of Chromatica you associate it with. If all you see is the Stupid Love video and deserts then probably not. But if you consider the album photo shoots, magazine spreads, and her explanation about the record, then I think you’ll see some of that feeling in the production.

Chromatica Island

It does to me, there is so much more to Chromatica than the color pink, I love the dystopian vibes!

Yes, I feel like it’s an elevated version of Chromatica. Much darker but still very much Gagaesque. Her most mature tour with the best visuals. It’s performance art.

I actually like that it's not what we expected. I first expected a similar stage to the vma 2020 performance.

Tbh I haven't seen enough of the tour yet, so I can't judge. We don't know if the show wil envolve more. Maybe it will become more colorful eventually, or maybe she will have different color wigs at other dates.

I think the outfits are based on the darkness that went through her mind. She accentuated the songs with the right colors of lighting. I knew Rain On Me was coming, because of the purple light though. :ally: (without knowing the setlist)
