I’m sure she has talent acquisition people hiring dancers. She has label executives to answer to that’s involved. She’s not making every single decision and spending significant 1 on 1 time with every person that’s ever crossed her paths in creating shows, videos, etc. it’s a professional relationship. If anything people probably leave her alone most often bc she is the star and she has loads of things to work on and focus on aside from kikiing with dancers. Just cause she’s had dancers work on multiple productions with her doesn’t mean it’s anything more significant than a professional relationship with a human element when they’re all in the studio or on stage making magic together also, abusive people are often good at operating in secrecy they are manipulative by nature and so they know they can’t just act a certain way in all contexts. I’m sure that man was on his best behavior when Gaga or witnesses were around. In addition, that one dancers comment was revealed in what he thought was secrecy, meaning that he doesn’t just go about talking about this issue. Just like many victims of abuse often struggle to come forward or get out of it , there could be many factors keeping Victims from telling their stories… Please stop jumping to conclusions that Gaga was aware and okay with this. This type of stuff is notorious for happening without anyone knowing. For all we know, the one dancer mentioning SA in the DM’s was not even meant to be revealed and was personal. We don't know if she wasn't invited back or not, so we can't assume whether she decided to walk away from the tour or wasn't offered the job. She said she made the decision to walk away, but we don't know when exactly that was. Either way, if she wasn't offered the job from Richy it seems to be rooted in their issues they have had, perhaps as a consequence for standing up to Richy and speaking out to Gaga's team, and alternatively she may have walked away after getting the offer because she no longer wanted to work with him. Well… this is nice to know. Thanks for clearing up my misunderstanding. I’m glad thats been sorted… but the next issue is: will firing Richy mid-tour cause problems? Who’s gonna replace him of senior talent is out? Is he even needed if all the dance planning is done?
