have anyone seen this before? i really love the aesthetics and colors for this promo commercial, but no comment on contents and details in video since french isn't my mother language lol, anyway it made me more excited for the tour

Tbh I wouldn't say this is a commercial. Unless French fans are verify this this is showing on television.

It seems like a video you'd find on social media, hence the royalty free music and generic (yet wrong) facts. 

Good on them for trying - especially considering you'd put an ad for Ed Sheeran at the end.
