I'm looking for high quality stills of the Manifesto of The Little Monsters interlude film from The Monster Ball. Does anyone have them or know where I could find them?

I've tried SHOWstudio's website, Gagapedia, and Google Images. Google has brought me the best results, but it doesn't have all of them.
