She compaigned for Hillary in 2016 and Biden in 2020! Biden won, ok?

TGM is a big hit because it appeals to conservatives AND liberals, even though 55% of the audience is over 35. (42 percent female vs 66% female for ASIB.) 

It's not being shown in China (there's a Taiwanese flag on Tom's jacket) and Russia or it'd be a bigger hit! 

I thought HMH would peak at #60+. Gaga is not in TGM, the song does NOT play during a hot scene, the audience is conservative, and 58% male, ok? 

It makes sense to lower your expectations or you'd get her dragged on here.

Gaga campaigned for Hillary while some of her fellow superstars kept their mouth SHUT. She acted when it could have made a difference. At least she tried. 

She was VERY upset when Trump won. She protested the election.

She was hated by conservatives and targeted by QAnon after the election. QAnon. Remember??

As if that's not enough, she campaigned for Biden against Trump in 2020. Biden won. Garth Brooks fans were upset when he praised Gaga, lol. Sorry for the rant!

I tried for a long while to pretend I enjoyed it but I just don't. I don't think it's a good song. I think the production is really empty and hollow. While she's hitting the notes just fine, I think she sounds incredibly detached, there's no emotional power or resonance in the song for me. That doesn't have to be a component of every song (obviously I like songs that aren't particularly full of deep rooted emotion considering I'm a Shawn Mendes stan). But if you're going to sell yourself as THE SONG from the film, especially when you're walking in the shoes of Take My Breath Away, you need to deliver something rousing and HMH just....isn't. It's poorly produced and poorly written (lyrically and melodically) and it's so frustrating because she had an additional three years to perfect it and she....didn't.
