the alejandro breakdown in the music video is really great and i love the cold and sterile nature of it. it just looks superb.

i really like 911’s twist at the end, which makes you want to go back and rewatch the video to catch the symbolism. very reminiscent of a horror/thriller film.

although, they are unlike to me to the point where there is no comparison. they’re both good on their own merit.

I like 911 as a song, and I love the colourfulness of the video. Such a great fit for an album called Chromatica.

The Alejandro video is ok I suppose, but the song is one of the few things Gaga has put out that I struggle to listen to.

This is tough. 911 is definitely better executed, the editing and everything is much better. Actually I think alejandro's editing at some parts is pretty bad, they really didn't need to extend the song that much.

But Alejandro's concept is just so imaginative and unexpected. Like who would make a song like that and come up with a vogue-inspired gay nazi training camp in a snow castle. The cinematography is so gorgeous - the shot from behind of the throne overlooking the training is one of my favourites ever. The hair/makeup/styling is so adventurous when you consider she was a young super mainstream pop girl at her absolute peak.

Alejandro choreo is super fun and catchy but actually I prefer the 911 choreo, it's more artistic and unusual.

911 is much more concise and refined in its concept, they really nailed it. But then Alejandro just seems so full of ideas that it makes it more fun to dissect.

Honestly kinda shook Alejandro is winning this. That video for me is Gaga's first misstep.

It's stunning to look at and it has some really lovely moments of Gaga provocation. But it's two minutes too long and could have done with quite a ruthless edit. Plus it's an absurdly dark, portentous video attached to one of Gaga's most lightweight pop singles ever. Its funny to me that Gaga thinks of the Telephone MV as her 'could have done with an edit' moment when Alejandro is right there.

I don't have a single critique of 911 and it comes second only to Bad Romance as her best video ever for me.

Alejandro easily, I like the concept of 911 but something about it doesn't match the aesthetic of Chromatica and the LG add at the end throws the immersion for me.

As incredible as 911 is, the overall era being such a disappointment makes me disassociate from it as a whole. It's not as enjoyable or impactful for me.

Alejandro, though it took me time to appreciate, is top tier alone for how impactful it was. She really was ahead of her time. That entire video was iconic start to finish. The lion/beast roars as the men are throwing each-other on the bed get me every time still!

Alejandro. Its tattooed on my shoulder, 911 is not.

I just love the images and the scenery in Alejandro, 911 is beautifully shot, but is just too dense for my taste. They asked her how much symbols do you want and she just said yes. Very that.

I voted for Alejandro simply because it's one of the staple visuals I think of when I think about the beginning of Gaga's career. It is iconic and gorgeous and I adore the choreography and her look.

However, 911 is one of her best videos to date and is brilliantly executed and shot. She looks incredible and I love her acting. The song is really the downfall for me. I love the video but just the song by itself is underwhelming to me.

Alejandro as a much better song imho. But the 911 music video is a masterpiece. Tarsem can do no wrong, lol.
