I think Gaga gets a guarantee per show plus maybe some gross or net percentage. Live nation is the one who stands to lose if the tour fails since they foot the bill. It's not cheap to put on this kind of tour.

She only made 1.1m from the monsterball. Presumably there will be taxes too so she doesn't make a great deal compared to other artists.
