This inflation, supply chain disruptions from war and COVID and the rising rates to try to fight inflation is a lot of cold water being thrown in this fire that is the economy Savings rates went up during COVID but these strains are quickly eating up people's excess cash reserves. The economical and social safety system is amazing Although most can be seen as "rich" from for example other EU countries, there are definite differences in the socioeconomical situation of people. You kinda have to have a degree to work to earn a decent+ salary to live like most people (it's very expensive. A cinema ticket costs 20 USD today for example).
