Kristen Stewart announces casting call for ‘Super Gay Ghost-Hunting’ series

Kristen Stewart has opened the gates for her paranormal reality series, calling on ghost hunters and mediums to audition for the upcoming production.

“I am scarily excited to announce that I’m teaming up with Scout, the producers of ‘Queer Eye,’ ‘Legendary’ and ‘The Hype,’ on the most gayest, most funnest, most titillating queer ghost-hunting show ever,” Stewart says in a video shared by her hairsylist and friend CJ Romero on Instagram Monday afternoon.

“We need to find the most incredible LGBTQ+ ghost hunters, paranormal specialists, mediums, psychics, investigators who will lead the pack on this super gay ghost-hunting adventure.”

Prospective ghost-hunters from the LGBTQ+  community can fill out a questionnaire regarding their experience with the paranormal through the website https://ghost.castingcrane.com/.

Why do they have to be gay? Just weird. It’s like thinkin all gay people are funny sassy entertaining etc so ur like let’s use them for TV with something that’s so cringe like ghost hunting and making a joke out of spiritual stuff. Idk, sounds lame

As someone who is LGBTQ and who is clairsentient and has been ghost hunting for over 17 years this is amazing! I mean if it's done seriously and not as some crazy **** show for comedy. I'm actually going to look into trying to audition for this. There are some of us out there that take this **** seriously and not as some weird hobby. Ghost hunting is not cringe (except zack and ghost adventures crew 🤣) when you go through a haunting or an unexplained encounter/incident it changes you and 98% of us who investigate only do so cuz we are still trying to understand it. I know that the television shows can't be taken too seriously cuz you can't be sure of the validity of the evidence and that's a good thing cuz you should always approach ghost hunting as a skeptic. That's why whenever I have a skeptic friend asking for me to show them evidence I don't, nothing I show them would change their minds, a skeptic is a skeptic until they're not, so instead I ask them to go with me somewhere I know to be heavily active and I try to let them experience it first hand. They expect me to constantly trying to use every creak or bump and bang to prove it's paranormal and once they see I go out of my way to debunk and rationally explain things first changes their minds really quickly when I run through everything and ask them "well I'm not saying it's paranormal but I can't explain it do you have any theories?"
