IIRC they have agreement to keep an eye on Taiwan from gettin attacked by Mainland China.

Y’all are dense. The “UN matters” in question are to enforce Western led sanctions that have been in place for decades meant to deliberately starve the country of North Korea into submission. So if the US is allowed to occupy Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea with military bases and Canada allowed to fly in the same areas but China is not even though they border these said countries especially when it concerns an ally of their own??? Make that make sense. Again y’all bitch and moan about Russia and ukraine and don’t see the blatant contradiction but that’s what Western imperialism does...

Poor Putin, can't even invade a country of 44M people and the second largest by landmass in Europe without people "bitching and moaning". How do you even use this phrase "bitching and moaning" in relation to something that already killed up to 40k civilians and soldiers, men, women, children and animals, all just because you don't like the US is beyond insensitive and has no excuse.

Secondly - By US occupying Taiwan, South Korea and Japan you mean these countries allow US military bases in their territory by their willing, exercising their rights as souverign nations. How dare they, right? They should submit to China or Russia because their imperalism is justified while US' is not.

Russia is continously invading the airspace of Sweden (with warplanes carrying nukes), Finland, Denmark. Oh and Turkey until 2016 when they shot down a plane flying over Turkish skies univited. The equivalent of Canada planes flying over Asia-Pacific would be Russia flying over the Baltic Sea which it already does and I don't see you bitching and moaning about it either.

You do realize that you sound exactly like Russia justifying their invasion??? “The ppl of Donetsk and Luhansk and the Russian speaking majorities in these areas asked us to help them.” Hence why I say the hypocrisy is VERY apparent. The United States has NO business being in Korea, Japan, or Taiwan when they were responsible for heinous war crimes in an effort to prevent govts. they didn’t like from coming into power (in the case of Taiwan and Korea). 
 

China and Russia aren’t imperialist in the Marxist-Leninist sense (I’ll never forgive progressive/radical liberals for completely obfuscating that term’s meaning to ppl thinking it just means invasion). Imperialism requires direct military occupation of regions to subject them to resource extraction and financial control the legacy of which only applies to Western countries (petrodollar, western finance, IMF, World Bank, Corporate-driven resource extraction, stolen labor, franc zone, etc.) as they were the imperial powers colonizing (and still controlling) the global south.
