I think she’s touched on it before, how it kind of bugs her when people demand her to release her leaked stuff with SOPHIE, which is why it boggles my mind when people will just scream in her face and all over social media to release Taxi in a disrespectful manner. I understand loving the music and playing it, but there’s also clearly some soreness there for her that should be taken into consideration sometimes. Plus, fans already have the song. The only thing they're asking for is the frills, and all that is passed its moment. She's put out so much since Taxi, why go back in time and release something that wasn't ready? Especially when SOPHIE isn't here to finish it. Especially when the album/project it comes from was leaked so horribly? Fans just need to let this go and move on. Personally idrc about 'authenticity' in pop stars but she really is the one that feels the most honest and genuine to me. Seeing her cry recently is so sad.
