I don't know where you got your numbers, but Levitating wasn't even #1 in any major market. It's not even on the list of the top 50 single sales of the past 20 years, so I'm not sure what you're on sis.

To this day, 'Levitating' sold a little less than 8M copies worldwide. Though it's praised for its longevity on the charts, it's nowhere close to the female #1 which is Rihanna's 'Work' with 32M copies.

FYI, about the other girlies, Taylor Swift's 'Love Story' sold 18M copies, Gaga's up there with 'Poker Face' and 14M singles sold, while Britney's 'Baby One More Time' sold 10M. 'Bad Romance' sold 12M, 'Shallow' 10.2M.
