She does lots of things for money, i.e various endorsements. And just on that, there's nothing wrong with it. It's work. Most of us work for money. But I don't think she does everything for money. I think she's competitive. She wants a hit song in a hit movie. She wants Oscars. She wants to be successful for its own sake. She has drive. The art comes from that drive as much as anywhere. I love the song. i mean i'm fine with her chasing coin, she's had a few hypocritical sell out moments like when she performed for that private russian wedding but that is her job at the end of the day she believes in making art and showing off her own art but she also loves money and success. the whole anti-money act was a good illusion back in 2010/13, i think that's why a lot of fans seem to hold her to some high hypocritcal standard whenever she does something like a make up line or a "pro-military" song (i love HMH btw) but i've just accepted that she's rich and wants to remain rich mother, what must i do?
