OMG serving MPG promo!  And is she going to start going by just “Rina”? She said before in an interview that she had considered releasing her last album with just her first name but then decided it was important that people knew she was Japanese from her last name. And then she said something like  “if I get to be more iconic maybe I’ll do first name only”. I think she’s on her way!

At the end of the video it just says “rina,” so I’m wondering if maybe she’s switching to a mononym for the new era+going forward. A bit of a stretch, but was curious as to why they wouldn’t put her last name.

oh, i dont think that means anything. she used to have this logo on her merch & singles before, which is also just her first name
