What bugs me about him is his whole shtick is pretending to be queer and then when asked if he is he acts like he’s above the question.  He has profited off of being seen as queer since his One Direction days, leaning into it for pink dollars means he should quite rightly be asked.

He says “I felt so ashamed about it, ashamed at the idea of people even knowing that I was having sex, let alone who with.”

Seems like he still has some issues with shame to work out. And how do you break those stigmas? By being open and honest about things. Him keeping his sexuality close to his chest while being an out and proud supporter of the LGBTQ community is hypocritical. No, his sexuality doesn't matter. And that's why it shouldn't need to be some closely guarded secret. 

It's extremely privileged to dismiss coming out as obsolete.

when will people just learn to leave other people ALONE when it comes to sexuality. the fact that you’re forced to come out or that your sexuality gets picked apart and speculated is disgusting and happens mostly by gay men. Shawn Mendez continues to say he’s straight and that being called otherwise makes him uncomfortable and it gets pushed and pushed. Harry has been asked about his sexuality from the beginning and imo he’s been very open about being attracted to both men and women but just don’t feel comfortable attaching a label which is something i very much relate to because it’s exhausting. great he held a pride flag at his show… a thing a lot of people do many of which who are not even queer. but attacking him for it when he is queer but you just don’t like the way he talked about it is idiotic. this should not even be a thread

More victim mentality. A celebrity paints his nails and wears dresses and SUPPORTS the community and he’s a villain for not clarifying his sexuality.
