None of these songs are out yet!  It's just fun to predict and speculate.  And tbh no one is prob going to rank them based on the song.

Just saying I haven't heard anything about it

I've heard nothing about it either, the only reason I know about it is I watched a movie and the trailer for "Where the Crawdads Sing" had a credit for the song by Taylor on it! I'm surprised I haven't actually heard anyone post about it or talk about it

Gaga stands the biggest chance as she's clearly an Oscar darling in their eyes now and she's soundtracking a really big movie that hopes to be a blockbuster. But there could be a big outsider, this award can usually be won by smaller names. It sounds wild to say as she's won so many awards for her music but I don't know if Taylor would stand a chance if she's putting a song out. I discovered that she's written songs for many movies before (Hannah Montana: The Movie, Valentine's Day, The Hunger Games, Fifty Shades Darker, One Chance, Cats) and none of them have ever resulted in an Oscar nomination, not even the clear Oscar bait. I mean, it's not like the academy don't want to nominate risque guilty pleasure movies like 50 Shades as it got nominated for a song before and even if Cats was laughed at, the song was good and written with previous Oscar winner Andrew Lloyd Webber, mad it didn't get nominated. I can only conclude that the academy either don't like her or just don't feel her the way that music committees do. I also don't think they want to give Beyonce an award either, for whatever reason and its been hard enough for her to get nominated all these years. The only real competition could be from a big name like Adele, but she's clearly not putting out anything (surprised she isn't approached for soundtracks more). And, well, Diane Warren's nominations are piling up, 13 now, and she's been nominated for the last 5 years in a row (7 times in the last 8 years). You'd think the academy might take pity on her eventually and feel she's earned it.
