People here don't take out immense loans, go to college, then go to the military to absolve them... tf... They are deterred from even going to college first because of the immense loans/debt, and therefor are preyed upon/solicited by the military to join, risk harm/mental health deterioration, and to THEN go to college for "free."

Many times the US military offers "benefits" like this and "sign-on bonuses" but people never see them and are practically chained into multi-year contracts to the military that they can not back out of when they want.
