Don't set yourself up for disappointment. There is a chance the Oscars will snub Gaga again. See what happened with Ariana. A song in a big Best Picture contender movie and she got snubbed.

Exactly, not because an artist wasn’t nominated it means they were snubbed. I understand that usually from a fan perspective we always tend to see things that way, but not every film songs released get nominated to Best Original. 
I personally didn’t expect Don’t Look Up to be nominated at all.

Hans Zimmer made the score. I don't see him being involved in the theme song.

My bet is that Gaga wrote this with BloodPop (and potentially Giorgio Moroder who talked about writing songs for Top Gun 2 few years ago) and some additional songwriters ? 

Produced by BloodPop and Gaga for sure. 

In those kind of projects songs are going into different hands so the credits may be quite numerous.
