You don't need exorbitants amounts of money to not use social media... The list you point out she has just sounds like materialism. There's thousand of hobbies and millions of people without social media, let alone internet.

I think it’s important to acknowledge that having a presence vs using social media are two separate things. A lot of celebrities have people who run their social media. As someone stated, Selena Gomez is both a human being and a brand. I don’t think you need to sacrifice one or the other to be a successful business woman and mental health advocate.

it's not that deep honestly, just use social media in moderation, just like all other things. take breaks from time to time or limit your usage of it daily.

She obviously has a phone that she can record/take photos on, then writes a caption and sends to her team. The post literally says she curates her posts but stays off the platforms.
