Academy is nothing, he need to worry about his acting career, because i dont think he will have a good one after this. You can barely see him in any film, and this happened in front of hollywood directors and producers.

I mean... I agree with their statement...

"Sunday’s telecast of the 94th Oscars was meant to be a celebration of the many individuals in our community who did incredible work this past year. We are upset and outraged that those moments were overshadowed by the unacceptable and harmful behavior on stage by a nominee” 

 

The Oscars should be a celebration of crafts. Will Smith has ruined that... all because he couldn't handle a stupid joke.

 

He should be banned for some time and not be invited to present next year.

Academy, tell me violence against a non-white individual like Will Smith requires “proper action and response,” but in the 70’s this was tolerated and not to mention the countless directors that were known to have engaged in pedophilia and sexual assault. New rules don’t matter when you only take action on certain things and turn a blind eye for the rest. It’s okay baby, tell us you’re racist without telling us you’re racist.
