Trudeau's Liberals have teamed up with a backing from the Left-Wing NDP party to create a majority to guarantee passing of a few key plans both parties agree with and also guarantees Trudeau will remain in power until at least 2025

The first major project in order is to establish a National dental plan of which 1/3 of Canadians have no insurance coverage for. Anyone making over $90,000 a year however would not qualify to benefit from the program

The 2nd project will be to establish Pharma Coverage of which once again in Canada until thus far is not covered by the Government in most cases and requires health insurance. Under this new plan most uninsured individuals would qualify to benefit for coverage

Parties have also spoken about the possibility of advancing the National childcare program also to make more affordable childcare

Details on cost and how to pay for it are thus far still vague

that's like basic core needs that should've been included eons ago.

Agreed. But at least it's finally getting done

Canada has long been an incomplete Universal Healthcare system with gaps on certain things where it was almost 100% privatized

This now covers the most critical gaps and Canada can become more like the European Countries with a true Universal Healthcare system
