Breathing, God Is A Woman and NTLTC are the holy trinity of Sweetner (maybe her discography?). They really did pick the best songs for singles that era. Into You is simultaneously Ariana’s catchiest and most irritating Pop song. I still sing and bop to it because I’m legally bound by the council of gheys. The Thank You Next era overachieved due to intense interest in her personal life and struggles at that moment in time. Brilliant marketing move, but it’s just an average Ariana album IMHO. Dangerous Woman is the quintessential AG album. The “if I had to recommend one AG album” album. Popular opinión - Yours Truly was a “testing the waters” album to see if they wanted to invest in big budget producers and marketing for a follow up effort. It did it’s job and secured her the investment but it’s far from a great pop album… my least favorite. The one I never stream.
