I don't understand people calling out Madonna by saying she destroy her legacy because she is thirsty for attention while she built all her legacy shamelessly being thirsty for attention.

I'd argue that her legacy, along with her back catalog of music, stands on its own (regardless of her actions today).

I'm completely obsessed with the other remix. This one I don't care about. Is he her new boyfriend or something?

The original, it's one of her best songs, this remix was pointless and even if it was popular on TikTok, it's not gonna doing numbers on charts, when you have iconic songs like that you just leave as they are without ruining them for a quick pointless remix.

Its because shes older now and people dont like to see older people, especially women :interestinga: ngl Madonna has had her questionable moments (eurovision :triggered:) but she has been controversial and daring her entire career. Why would she stop now

The queen is old but the queen she's still.

Love the pitched vocals arrangement.

Late to the party but I got a diamond heart

I didn't really need a Frozen remix or album but I appreciate it has a music video and it's not over 3 minutes long. It's a nice project to work on, hope she's starting to work on a new album and doesn't take another 2 years to release it. I'm very curious to see what she does next now that she's back with Warner. It's probably going to be the complete opposite of Madame X.

Isn't she very famously working on her biopic?

Damn I actually forgot about that but yeah. I hope she doesn't work on both projects at the same time because the last time she did W.E. and MDNA and none was good.

I'll direct you to what I said the last time one of you thought that it's even possible for Madonna to 'destroy her legacy':

The woman is impervious to accusations like this (which, by the way, have been flying around since the 90s). Forty years in the game, Madonna is directing her own biopic for Universal, some of the world's best actresses are lining up to play her, and one of the most successful record labels in the business is reissuing her back catalogue. Her career is studied in universities; her cultural impact is immeasurable. The original 'Frozen' remains a) still on Spotify, and b) one of the best ballads ever created. This remix changes none of that; it doesn't destroy her legacy; it just lines her bulging pockets even further, and gets more people listening to her music.

And besides, Madonna is the greatest popstar to ever walk the earth precisely because she's spent four decades being 'thirsty for attention'. Catch up.

Anyway, I hope your 'shade' was worth all the likes it got.
