I think the last time she did a full on "world" tour was the BTWB where lots of Asian cities were included. Not just the popular East Asians destinations, she came to South East Asia too and did several shows (3 nights in Singapore alone which I went to all) . But I think that kind of scale didn't do any good for her health. 

Even for ARTRAVE, the Asian destinations were reduced to just Japan and Korea. (+ Israel and Dubai)

So imagine in a pandemic world with her health concerns, we can only expect it to be less. I wish she would come to Asia again and I would love to see her but I still respect her decisions and choices. At the end of the day, she must put herself first. 

But side note, maybe these dates are just initial dates that they can confirm. Maybe the dates will come in waves as they monitor the different situations across the world. Remember, not every region has the same status with the pandemic, etc.

Right? I'm seeing people here on Brazil spending R$ 11k (the minimal wage on Brazil is R$ 1.212) on travel tickets alone, not counting the show tickets and things like Visas, staying and etc. It's a lot of entitlement to act like traveling to the other side of the country (on USA case) / traveling to another European country when you're already live in Europe it's the same as having to go to the other side of the world...

We understand that Gaga has health problems and can't tour like crazy again, but some people should understand that for North American / European fans this tour schedule can be an annoyance, but to us from other continents, it totally hinders us from going (and maybe even seeing the tour at all, since Gaga almost don't release her tours on video), and that we have a reason to be upset about it

That’s absurd, she’s free to sell her English speaking albums globally but it doesn’t mean she’s obligated to rush her health by trekking all over the globe. I get that you’re bitter about it but she doesn’t owe anyone anything. And lots of artists I love have skipped Toronto. The last Madonna show I saw I went to Chicago. I’ve seen shoes in New York when it was the closest option. Again, it’s understandable to be disappointed but implying she’s racist because she doesn’t tour your country is a massively unfair stretch.

this. I feel like it also has to do with contracts by the touring companies and distributors in these countries. Touring for main pop acts has drastically changed over the years and it already was something special with Asia, Latin America, Australia. Idk why that is but it certainly hasn't got easier with a pandemic.

The problem is, she can't really just go to Brazil/Australia/Japan, do one show and then go home. Shipping over a stage and an entire production costs millions, so she needs multiple dates on that continent to make the trip profitable. And that takes time and effort (especially when your star has chronic pain). Combine that with the uncertainties of the pandemic, plus the fact that Gaga's last Latin American tour wasn't exactly a roaring box office success, and it's understandable that the tour is a little scaled-down this time.

True her only south American BTW ball date partially flopped yet folks are surprised she's not touring there for a stadium tour, are we sure she can fill a stadium there?

Cause as you said moving the tour to an other continent cost millions so it better be beneficial.

Actually I totally would be fine with that because my expectations would be that she usually tours Asia only. For example, I love Blackpink now. Their album is amazing and I would love to see them live. But I know they mostly tour Asia and may occasionally come to North America. If they came to Toronto I would absolutely go but if they only tour Asia  I will accept I may not see them for a while. Their Asian artists, it makes sense to me that they would gravitate to Asian countries. 
But that aside, I’ve been reading the thread and I do understand the disappointment and frustration of feeling like you may never see your fave artist. It does suck and I don’t mean to undermine any fans disappointment.

The strangest experience I had with Gaga’s merch or really anyones merch was when I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of merch including track pants shirts and even that umbrella. I got a package saying it was fulfilling that order but it was a tiny box impossible to hold even one shirt let alone several pieces and an umbrella. Instead of my Gaga merch they sent me a single unmarked glass milk jug. I managed to cancel my order and get my money back but wtf

Like, the thing is I don't even think she HAS to do anything at all. But people in this thread calling fans who are frustrated all kinds of stuff is just annoying because I don't think north american & european fans get it at all. Nobody says that she MUST tour or otherwise we unstan. I love her anyway. However, it is perfectly okay to be mad about the fact that she doesn't, no matter the reason.

Also, you can't say stuff like "she's an american artist so it's okay if she tours there only" because she's way beyond being just an "american" artist, and you all know this.
