TimisaMonster 31,073
So 2 things.... 1) He could be asking Russian citizens to use whatever social media platform they have to make a viral call for peace that will hopefully move the hearts of Russian leaders including Putin...unlikely outcome So option 2... 2) He is subtly inciting Russian citizens to rise up against Putin and other Russian leaders and to take matters into their own hands since there seems to be no "getting through" to Putin...he keeps bringing up phone calls that go unanswered. Either way...its interesting to see he isn't appealing to other surrounding countries for aid but directly speaking to the people of Russia even though he also acknowledged they won't air his speech on Russian television Sooooo yeah...sounds desperate and at this point what reason would Putin have to stop? Nobody seems to be interfering so it would appear he says Ukraine will defend itself and fight Russia if it has to which they have every right to...  Stream my new single, 💜"Heartbeat"💜, on Spotify! Wars aren't only won with bullets, boots, and bombs. If Putin doesn't have the support of the people then occupying an entire country will be WAAAAY too much for him to handle. 200,000 troops to subjugate a nation of 44 million? With unrest back home - thousands of Russian citizens protesting already, hopefully more as this message is spread. It just makes it even harder for Putin to accomplish whatever he's trying to accomplish. Whimsical bitch
Magic Mike 2,771
What a touching speech, and he's right. Only Russian people right now can fight for a change of regime. Hopefully Putin will have a similar destiny of the people he killed - he'll be terminated by his brothers and sisters
ShayCristoforo 10,607
No wars are necessary, but this war is exceptionally unnecessary. Everyone needs to condemn Putin and the Russian force. What a selfish treacherous monster.  Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.
