I don't hate them but I still think that normal citizens should feel the consequences of Putin's actions as well. It's one of the possible ways to stop him (hopefully)

We, as citizens of other countries, do that as well.

And, despite the one-side media coverage there, it's not like there are no other sources at all. We've the Internet, hence we see so many people protesting against Putin as well. Many people simply choose to support Putin.

On March 6 the frontlines remained largely the same. The Russians mostly attacked major cities from the air - including the civilian corridors that were supposed to be safe (this is psychological warfare whose aim is to destroy the mental of people and facilitate a surrender).

The Russians continued their attempt to encircle Kyiv from the west, north and east, but have not gained much ground. Ukrainian officials say is possible that the Russians might want to launch atatcks on Lubny and Poltava to possibily cut off Kyiv from the rest of Ukrainian-controled land in the east (source), but I personally doubt it for a reason I will describe later.

The Russians also failed to extend the frontline in Luhanks (good news).

In the south, Ukrainians succesfully destroyed some Russian military vehicles outside Mariupol, though that didn't significantly affect the frontline.

The Institue of War still claims that the attack on Odesa is likely to happen after the occupation of Mylokaiv's bridge over the Bug. The Russian soliders in Moldova's separatist region, Transnistria, might help the Russians in their attack on Odesa, however they seem be unmotivated an have poor morale.

A future goal of Russia might be to connect all frontlines along the Dnieper and ocuppy the entire east bank of the river. However, for this they would need to ocuppy the major population centers close to the current frontlines (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Cherniv, Mariupol) which are ALL still under Ukrainian control, and also launch attacks on other major cities (such as Dnipro with 1M inhabitants, or Poltava). This won't be an easy task, especially given how uncertain the Russian control over the red areas in this map is. The bigger the occupied area gets, the more likely generalized conter-offesives and revolts from the locals become, so, by the time the Russians hypotetically reach western Ukraine, they would need to keep at bay a very huge area with agressive population. A possible reason why the frontlines were stagnant over the last days is because the Russian might want to solidify their control over the areas they were able to seize.

they need revolution but it means hundreds or thousands of dead, over 100 people were killed during Maidan Revolution in 2014.
Russia isn't like the most of the countries. most of us can protest in our countries if we don't like our government's decisions and our leaders have to listen to us because we choose them.

Putin is their president since 2000, he changed constitutional so he can run again for two more six-year presidential terms. He won't let run for president anyone who would win with him.
Nemtsov, who criticized Putin's government, was killed, Navalny is in prison, Khodorkovsky (once Russian’s richest man) was sentenced to 9 years in prison, Litvinenko was poisoned, Politkovskaya was shot dead ... People are scared to criticize him. 

there are probably many older people for whom state media is the only news source. thay can't use the Internet or even if they can, they don't know where to find information.

all these sanctions can be used for propaganda and to build hatred towards the West. he can say that the West is imposing all these sanctions because they want Ukraine to join Nato and it will be a threat to Russia and people will believe that what Putin is doing is right. also patriotism, reverence for their leader and pride for the country is instilled in Russians since childhood so they just trust their leader.

Off topic but I did a DNA test for fun and got my results today and found few traces of genes from Ukraine in Uman and Mariopaul, with everything that's going on right now it just shook me a lot

Did you also find Jewish ancestry? Jews and Eastern Europeans interacted to a significant extend during the Middle Ages, lots of Eastern Europeans have some Jew ancestry and vice-versa. If you do, that is most likely the reason.

I saw that Uman was a city with a lot of jewish people and sadly the century they gave was during Uman massacre, so I think they might've fled to the other country I found with the same time frame, it just started making a lot of sense.   but no i didnt find any other country with jewish ancestry, no Israel or nothing else just this

*Ukraine ceasing military action
*Changing it's constitution to enshrine neutrality
*Acknowledging Crimea as Russian territory

The images coming from Ukraine are devastating... It's heartbreaking watching a whole country being destroyed, people, children dead on the  ground. We just turn the the news on and keep watching devastation every day.It's a hopeless feeling of desolation. Today i went to a center to give my contribution (medicine, bandages, snacks, higiene products, etc) to send help to Ukraine. I talked to someone that used to live in Kharkiv and has relatives in Odessa, the sadness and desolation it's so palpable that i couldn't even talk to much, cause I felt that I was in the brink of tearing up.

The Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs called Transnistria a separatist province that nobody recognizes & reaffirmed Romania's support for Moldova's territorial integrity. He also pointed Moldova's need for international aid during the refugee crisis.
