Hopefully Turkey would step in as well and also close the Bosfor Strait.
FFXIV WhiteMage 6,310
Putin's plan is officially canceled. He wanted to take over Kyiv with a blitzkrieg before sanctions intensifies but at this point Russia's economy is already done for.

But especially the ultra-rich and government are the one's who'll suffer most from the removal. We're talking about 600 BILLION DOLLARS being frozen meaning that Central Bank hands are tied when it comes to making ruble stronger. This pretty much means that Russia can't afford, economically especially, to continue the war as their currency will be worthless and hands tied around it. But however, crypto is another story and Russia could somehow find a way to fund its wars with Bitcoin etc. Especially considering the fact that Russia legalized crypto a day before the invasion. Yesterday von der Leyen said that only SOME Russian banks will be excluded, but today Olaf said that ALL banks will be??? Is it true or did Polish press translated something wrong? I'm sticking to RMF I mostly find information via Twitter (@NEXTA ,for example, is the independent Belarusan TV and they inform about everything all the time, 100% reliable). Polish news station and radios also have reliable infos, but they are late all the time, many information is dated by the time they say it

I quickly rewatched the part where Scholz said it and IMPORTANT Russian banks will be excluded from SWIFT, not all of them. Ew, David!
