hooo boy I have a lot on this list..

THE FAME : I Like It Rough and the RedOne submission demo for Eh Eh and Paparazzi
THE FAME MONSTER : Bad Romance, Dance In The Dark, and Telephone demo with Britney sounds pretty cool
BORN THIS WAY : Marry The Night and Fashion Of His Love (somehow I just realized we hardly had any leaked demo from BTW)
ARTPOP : Aura, Sexxx Dreams, Jewels & Drugs, Manicure, DWUW, ARTPOP, IWBWU/Dope, and Gypsy
CHROMATICA : Rain On Me, Free Woman, and Babylon (the one released on DOC is definitely not it)

i don't know her

Free Woman final version is still fine, I don't get the slander :ohwell:

Sexxx Dreams though... :fatcat: just the BEAT in the demo... there was something about it!! The final version just sounds more hollow.. lifeless if you will...

Because it went from a queer club deep cut to anon-edm hair salon background noise.

Aura demo's vocals hit harder but they're so loud that kind of "hide" the chaotic instrumental in the first verse, whilst the production is way more audible on the album version. Tbh I love both versions but if I had to choose which one is the superior, I'd say Burqa or the aggressive demo.

Probably many of Gaga's songs. The ones that come into mind are Eartquake, Mary Jane Holland, Dope and Burqa. And of course Telephone without the annoying Beyonce part.

I feel like she overthinks it when writing / producing her songs, making them a bit chaotic by the time she is done with them.

Honestly, the ARTPOP era had a lot of them, but I don't have major notes. I honestly love the more aggressive, rock edge the final version of MANiCURE. If I could tweak a couple things overall, it'd be: replace the first verse vocals on Aura with the aggressive demo version, keep the drop before Twista's verse in JnD, and bring the "HEE-HEEs" to the front on the second verse of ARTPOP and add them on the final chorus. That would be a pitch perfect edit of ARTPOP imo.

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Babylon when not too long ago that was what fans were raging about :triggered:

Because most expected the Bowie demo, that also features the Haus Labs instrumental but we never got it in full. Instead we got the "Haus Labs" mix that is clearly pure shitte in comparison to the excellence of the album version :whitney:

PG.

Ragey Aura & "thunder-drums & perfect bridge" free woman.

I pray that the crowd sings "ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh" from the ROM demo when the tour happens.
