I know a couple years ago there was this discussion about who the next Bond would be and there were talks about him being black instead of white or maybe him not being a him- but a she. and if you listen to Glamorous Life, it definitely gives the iconic chords and melodies that would be present- even the type of instrumentation- in a Bond song. I wonder if Gaga was seeing the potential of the Bond brand, and knowing that it can successfully give you an Oscar, wrote potential music for it. It just is SO BOND to me. And then maybe now that they have picked another white guy it looks like- she went ahead and decided to rework it for TDWP2. I could be wrong. Would love for LG to do a Bond song in the future- she's one of the few artists rn who seem perfectly-poised for it. I just wish the franchise was still with Eon & not Amazon. Uncharted territory moving forward... & probably not for the better. I'm praying the next Bond song shakes up the current formula, rather than just copying Adele's approach. I think its a song she potentially had just written and it sounds that way... I think if she made a Bond song it would be OUT OF THIS WORLD.
