Chromatica. The era was such a mess even ARTPOP was more consistent.

Not any top hit single.

But there were 2 top-5 Billboard hits, including a #1 Grammy-winning smash?

This one is really hard because:

The Fame & The Fame Monster - made her famous (also try to convince me that Just Dance, Poker Face and Bad Romance aren't important)

Born This Way - do I really have to explain this one?

ARTPOP - this one could mean anything and you just (still - after 9 years) don't understand it

Joanne - she tried to heal her father

Chromatica - she tried to heal herself

Videos... similar to Joanne era.

Tour far way reduced, altough it had good visuals and themes.

did Stupid Love and Rain On Me not happen in your universe?

Chromatica era was WAY more consistant than ARTPOP, it just didn't happen because of covid :wtf: ARTPOP was riddled with announced and then cancelled projects

at least get ur facts straight, luv

mother, what must i do?

The Fame Monster

The album I think is the least important one: Joanne

The album I believe Gaga thinks is the least important one: ARTPOP (because of the “I don’t remember ARTPOP” tweet and ignoring the album ever since The ARTPOP Ball: Super Bowl Halftime Show, Joanne World Tour, Chromatica Ball).

Sadly, Chromatica... (even though i love it and i think it IS one of her best albums)... but I think the CBT LIVE FROM L.A. (BLURAY/8K + DOCUMENTARY) MIGHT CHANGE MY MIND

Between Joanne and Chromatica - but I do think that Joanne was extremely important for the GP to perceive her talent and musicianship. Chromatica while I absolutely adore it, obviously didn’t have the impact we anticipated due to the circumstances.

That being said, I think the Chromatica tour reignited her passion for touring, which could prove consequential to her career going forward

Controversiaga

The last two

really her most important albums are the first 3.  TF, TFM, BTW.

Pronounced like “Balenciaga” . Emphasis on the “Ga”

Chromatica.

TF, TFM and BTW all contributed to her rise as a pop superstar.

ARTPOP contributed to her temporary fall from grace.

C2C and Joanne (along with Sound Of Music and Superbowls) contributed to her comeback and her establishment as a GP fav. I suspect Joanne wasn't huge in all that, but it was a part of it

ASIB put a big fat cherry on top of the above and moved her towards Streisand territory with the GP.

L4S is the final album of the beyond legendary Tony Bennett.

Chromatica is a terrific album imo, great sound, great songs, but it hasn't added or subtracted much in overall terms as far as I can see. The night is young though. It may yet produce one of the most acclaimed concert tours in history.

🙂  Wrote that back in February. Am I a genius or what ? Don't answer that.

So it's Joanne now.

The BPD Monster

She really doesn't have one. All of them were impactful or important in her career/life or in our lives on their own ways.

I think gaga thinks Joanne is her least important album too. Alongside ARTPOP. she only wrote that album to heal her dad and was disappointed.

“Not any top hit single”

Stupid Love was a top 5 single and Rain On Me was #1 and was the very first all-female collab to debut at #1 :sis:
