I personally did not get a refund, but how are people asking for a refund "rude"? You are most likely aware of the COVID-19 pandemic, and its financial impact on people. Not everyone can afford to keep their tickets that they bought 2 years ago, especially when Gaga and her team said nothing about it yet. I would even say that's it's extremely rude from Gaga and her team to keep people's money without any update.
