Kimmo 80,771
Artists are removing their music from Spotify in protest, the boycott against Spotify started with legends Neil Young and Joni Mitchell and musician and podcaster India Arie In response to Joe Rogan, who is spreading misinformation about COVID-19 on his show The Joe Rogan Experience Now… should Miss Gaga follow next and be the first modern iconic artist to support this movement? Hyoha 1,613
Nope, the ones leaving should be users, not artists. I already canceled my subscription because **** Joe Rogan, using Youtube Music and loving it.
LUCARTPOP 5,924
There should be another way to protest because, trust, this won't do anything. In fact, it would harm her more (in a short run) than do her good.
Mister G 10,428
It wouldn’t change the fact that Dumb-Dumb Joe Rogan is still there making millions off his very misleading podcasts. The best way to take action really is for users to cancel subscriptions if they want to make a point. Spotify can have all the content they want but it wouldn’t matter if there’s no one around to stream right? Spotify should dump him altogether but after that statement the CEO released, unlikely unless their stocks continue to go downhill as they have been for some time. Controvery aside, Spotify has more problems than just Joe Rogan right now considering how practically every other streaming service (Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music) all offer Lossless Audio and Dolby Atmos, and in some cases at no extra cost. They really need to get their s*** together.
