album? yes. era? worst.

everybody hyping chromatica but herself. everytime shes doing chromatica promo it feels like she forced herself. it's like she promote it like she had to, not loved to.

see how passionate when she promoted L4S, HoG, hauslab. i hope she found heal and peace by doing pop music again, we all love her and everything she does.

SILENT HILL

Era and album are two completely different things imo. For me, its not her worst album at all. HOWEVER, I feel this may have been one of her worst eras just because she didn’t seem very invested in it the majority of the time.

tbh I think Gaga kinda had it with her music career, any attempts she makes will be received well and sell respectably, once in a blue moon she'll get a mega hit ( e.g Shallow) but it's delusional to think that she'll become a prolonged phenomenon once again. Those days were over a long time ago (and cut short unfortunately) I don't think she has the fire to be like that again.

The Chromatica era is like the pandemic, you never know what happens next, or when it is officially ending, and it gives you mixed emotions. The Dawn of Chromatica was like Delta variant for me, it totally and easily overtook me, that i cant easily hymn anymore the original tracks :billie:

It's a visual feast, and it has sooo much potential in terms of storytelling, world building...that a proper concert tour would be so great i think. The name Chromatica itself is so grand, even Ariana Grande got involved :billie: :billie:

It was a roller coaster ride in GGD, afentis, BabylonHooker and other insiders.. really shook me to my Gaga core, my imagination went wild with the concepts, plans..and all that.

It was one hell of a ride. Deep inside, i really wish it's not over yet, especially for those who already bought tickets. There's a fault here really.. but it is what it is.

For me, not her worst album, not the worst era. There is no worst with Gaga, only least favored..which for me is C2C. Era promo? Not worst too...remember VMA Tricon moments?

Arcadia

Even though the album is her most polished, I agree that it is also her most vanilla and safest record to date. A few of the songs in the latter half sound a bit dated even.. I don’t think it actually has much of the classic GAGA factor in it. The record just sounds as if someone else made it and Gaga just sang. Very formulaic even for Gaga standards.

Not people claiming DoC is better than Chromatica itself...

That hot mess of a remix album :toofunny:

To me, Chromatica showed a growth in songwriting and vocals. I can feel her previous eras fusing to become a better version with each new album. Unfortunately, Chromatica was kneecapped, but it makes me look forward to her next pop album.
